Heyo!

After working practically every single day over the weekends, I was able to progress greatly on both my art as well as my college coursework (U20_A3), I completed the website to 99% and left the rest for today. Upon entering the centre today, Catherine told us to begin filling in our UCAS application details. Luckily enough, I've got it filled in already since June, which all I have left is the personal statement and a few more bits and bobs.

For the starter, Zoë gave us each a piece of A4 blank paper and gave us worded instruction to fold an origami fish. The instructions were so poor (it was deliberate), that we could not follow it and required a video and pictured/diagram explanation. Soon, after a few attempts the majority of us managed it. Later Zoë told us the purpose of this activity was to show us that good practice is important - this means that we should make our code and written documentation/assignments have good readability.

In addition, Zoë also went through the distinction criteria for U20_A2 resubmissions, this was once again regarding browser and detection object. To make sure I can add more information to meet the criteria, I made notes as Zoë presented us with more notes.

Returning back to the assignment, today I grinded intensely on U20_A3 both T1 and T2. I went back to the website and continued to finish it up, adding any little bits and bobs. Next, I decided to make my website have even better practice, this is when I commented on my code in high detail. Though, throughout working I did stop and help a few peers out. Furthermore, I also went back to my design log in U20_A3T1 and changed a few parts, that is due to me changing the design of the webpage. And for the last part of T1's edit, I replaced my old CSS house style with my new one.

During the last part of the day, I began T2 and started to upload my website onto the college server, though a few issues occurred along the way. After 3pm, I stayed in for Catherine's talk regarding the UCAS application. There, I'll be asking questions and making notes of things I need.

Reflecting throughout today, I've managed to accomplish and tonne. My strengths today has been keeping determined and consistent with my work (I work from home too). On the other hand, I don't have a weakness today, but it would approximately be just pressure. All there is left is the completion of U20_A3T2 as well as some art work from home. I am also starting to consider my final decision/option for the university course as well as starting my personal statement soon.

See you Thursday!
